Escape to a desserted island.
Coconut Cake Caramel Swirl Pint -
If we were trapped on a desserted (typo intentional) tropical island we would surely be hoping to find some coconut trees but would really be dreaming of this coconut cake gelato. A slightly sweet and super creamy coconut gelato packed with our house made (gluten free) brown sugar coconut cake and a caramel swirl.
Key Lime Pie lends itself to thoughts of beaches, palm trees and sunshine. We started with a creamy oat milk gelato and added in fresh lime zest to give you that tart tang. We then fold in house made (gluten free) graham cracker crust pieces.
When we think of tropical destinations we see fresh fruit stands and pineapple farms. This inspired us to make the ultimate tropical creamsicle gelato. We found the perfect balance of flavors in this creamy pineapple, blood orange gelato, reminiscent of the little cups we ate when kids.
Starting with a creamy oat milk chocolate gelato we add a hint of spices (cinnamon, allspice and just a little cayenne) to add warmth. And because you can never have too much chocolate, we swirl in our house vegan fudge sauce.
