While Italy doesn’t celebrate Thanksgiving, its fall flavors are outstanding and Thanksgiving is the perfect time to indulge, so we import comforting Italian fall flavors to enjoy the best of both worlds.
ESPRESSO CARDAMOM FUDGE
Dairy free + vegan, gluten free
Cardamom coffee is found in trendy coffee shops in Italy, pulling from the influence of the North African population. It’s a perfect Thanksgiving flavor, exotic but comforting. We make a dairy free espresso gelato with our house fudge and a hint of cardamom.

MARSALA CIDER CAKE
A classic fall flavor in Italy, Zabajone is a rich custard made with marsala wine, eggs, and sugar. We created a marsala custard gelato and blended the flavor with a gluten free cider cake similar in flavor and texture to apple cider donuts for the perfect marriage of Italian and American classics.

GINGER PEAR CRISP
Inspired by one of our favorite pastry shops in Venice, we thought of a flaky pear ginger pastry. We made our own version with oats, pear, and fresh ginger, folded into sweet cream gelato.

CRÈME CARAMEL PECAN BROWNIE

Crème caramel is one of our favorite desserts in Italy and pecan caramel adds the perfect nuttiness. It’s Thanksgiving, so we didn’t want to hold back and brownie chunks make this flavor even more craveable.

PANNACOTTA CRANBERRY COBBLER
Pannacotta translates to “cooked cream” because it’s what you get if you slowly cook cream and sugar in a very precise way. The result is something like pudding, although it’s more velvety and flavorful than any pudding we know. We add a tart cranberry compote to cut the sweetness and a gluten free cobbler for texture.
